Peer group for people that live in Iceland but were born elsewhere. The group is conducted in English but the participants originally come from all over the world.

INTRODUCTORY COURSE FOR WOMEN
Educational and support group for women who are being diagnosed for the first time and/or were diagnosed within the past year.
BACK TO WORK OR SCHOOL
A closed course for people who are completing or have recently completed cancer treatment and are returning to work or school.
PERSEVERANCE AND INNER STRENGTH
Learn techniques to strengthen your own mental endurance and increase your inner strength using evidence-based methods from psychology.
PEOPLE WITH CHRONIC CANCER
A course for people who have been diagnosed more than once or have chronic cancer.
BEING DIAGNOSED FOR THE SECOND TIME
A course for those who are being diagnosed with cancer for the second time.
FAMILY MEMBERS: ADULTS
A six-week course where family members meet and discuss their experience, worries, and the feelings that come along with having a loved one that is diagnosed with a serious illness.
FAMILY MEMBERS: YOUTH AGED 16-20
Currently people aged 16-20 are offered consultation sessions with specialists.
FAMILY MEMBERS AGED 14-16
A course for youth 14-16 years of age who have or have had loved ones with cancer.
FAMILY MEMBERS – CHILDREN
The course is for children who share the experience of being family members. The children get an opportunity to experience, create, and express themselves through play and assignments in a safe and supportive environment. The groups are divided by age: 6-9 years and 10-13 years.
